4.1 Content in the Angel Skin Store that is provided by Angel Skin or its licensors, including graphics, photographs, images, text, trademarks, logos, product names, slogans, and the compilation of the foregoing (“Angel Skin Content”) is the property of Angel Skin and its licensors, and is protected in the U.S., and internationally under trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

5. ORDER

5.1 To place an order for products on the website, you need to add the desired product to your cart and then checkout to go to the payment information page.

5.2 At the checkout, you will review your order to make sure you selected the correct products and filled in the correct shipping and billing information. 

5.3 Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. 

5.4 A number will be assigned to your order.

6. CHANGING THE ORDER

6.1 We are not able to alter any order. Once you place an order and the payment was processed, there is no way to change the order content or shipping address. If you still have any questions, please contact our customer service at info@angelskin.us.

6.2 If you want to add a product to your order, you need to place a new order online.

7. DELIVERY

7.1 The delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address.

7.2 It may take up to 3 business days for the order to leave our facility. 

7.3 You are responsible for providing with accurate and correct delivery address information. Please check the delivery address before checkout.

7.4 The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for their order. For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties charges.

7.5 Angel Skin, will not be liable for any failure, delay, or damage in the delivery of your shipment caused by the shipping carrier, including failure or delay caused by, or arises in connection with, any fire, flood, accident, riot, earthquake, severe weather, war, governmental interference or embargo, strike, shortage of labor, fuel, power, materials or supplies, delay in delivery by Angel Skin or any other cause or causes beyond Angel Skin’s reasonable control. 

7.6 We are not responsible for lost packages in transit or that are delivered to your location, or packages delivered to a PO box. For lost items, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

7.7 Angel Skin has the right to change the selected shipping carrier. 

8. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

8.1 All sales are FINAL. Angel Skin does not cancel or refund orders.

9. RESELLERS

9.1 Angel Skin is not responsible for products that are purchased from a reseller. Please contact the reseller directly.

10. PRODUCTS
